Rates are based off of frequency and are available for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service.
Explanation of Services
Exterior House Check
This includes:
~ checking roof and gutters for needed maintenance
~ clearing tree limbs and other debris
~ pull weeds/spray round up
~ check deck boards and hand rails
~ evaluate siding and bands around the home
~ check crawl spaces for issues
~ make sure gutters are draining properly
~ check window and door trim
~ check dryer exhaust vents
~ check and maintain exterior bulbs and light fixtures
~ check any irrigation system and/or drainage system for yard and driveway
~ check footings for decks and foundation of home
~ check ripple boards for docks and boathouses
~ change air filters, if handler is accessible from outside crawl space
~ check and balance hot tub chemical levels
Interior House Check
This includes:
~ Checking functionality of all safety devices including smoke and carbon monoxide detectors
~ HVAC and house filter check and replacements
~ appliance functionality and filter scheduled maintenance
~ check all light switches and change any blown bulbs
~ check and replace any rodent/insect traps
~ interior spider mopping
~ check all water sources for functionality and leaks
~ adjust interior doors as climate change causes shifting
~ adjust and realign cabinet doors
~ routine maintenance for bright and soft, water softener pellets
~ empty dehumidifiers, if needed

Procedures, Policies and Payment Methods
~ Once added as a client, we will review all requested services and agreed upon limitations, if there are any. We will provide a lock box for a key to your home and will require any alarm codes or access to other security features as to not set off any alarms.
~ If you are requesting trash pick-up, we do require you have an allocated place, and large trash can with a lid, for us to access and all household trash must be bagged and tied for us to haul it off. We will also do recycling, with the same requirements, that it is bagged and all boxes are broken down for easy pick up.
~ Payment will be required upon the first of each month, for those that are going to be added as regular clients, and if it is a small project being done payment will be determined at the time of the quote discussion.
~ We accept cash, check, and Venmo as preferred payment methods. However, we can accept all major credit cards, via Quickbook invoicing, with a 2.9% addition as a convenience fee.
